Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of licenses to all products labeled with "VRChat Avatar" from the Gumroad store https://redmakesstuff.gumroad.com/. Unless otherwise specified, whenever these Terms refer to the Product, they are referring to any and all such products that can be acquired from either of those stores.

By purchasing a license to the Product, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. Ignorance of the Terms is not sufficient justification for breaching them, and any found in breach of them may be subject to legal action.

• You may not share, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Product to any third party, nor may you otherwise cause any third party to have access to the Product.

• You may not share, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer any constituent parts of the Product to any third party, nor may you otherwise cause any third party to have access to any constituent parts of the Product, save for any parts to which you hold the rights and/or appropriate licenses.

  • Purchase of a license to the Product does not grant you the rights and/or licenses associated with any of its constituent parts; these must be acquired separately.

• You may not upload, share, distribute, or publicly display the Product or any part of it on VRChat or any other platform, website, or service without purchasing a license to the Product from its creator.

• Provided you have purchased a license to the Product from its creator, you may display it and all parts of it on VRChat or any other platform, website, or service, subject to the other Terms of this agreement.

• You may live stream, record, photograph, or otherwise capture the Product's likeness and share this capture or stream with any third party, provided you do not thereby make it possible for any third party to recreate or reverse-engineer the Product nor any of its constituent parts to which you do not hold the appropriate rights and/or licenses.

  • When live streaming with the Product, you must credit the Product's creator and include a link to at least one of the web pages from which one may purchase licenses to the Product somewhere easily accessible to any third party watching the live stream.

• You may not claim the Product or any of its constituent parts as your own work.

• You may create and commercialise new assets fitted to or meant to work with the Product, provided you do not otherwise breach these Terms.

• You may edit and modify the Product.

  • Editing or modifying the Product does not thereby grant you permission to share, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Product to any third party, nor to otherwise cause any third party to have access to the Product, except as delineated by your jurisdiction's resolutions and laws regarding Transformative Works.

• You may edit and modify the constituent parts of the Product for use in conjunction with the Product.

  • Editing or modifying the constituent parts of the Product to which you do not hold the appropriate rights and/or licenses does not thereby grant you permission to use said parts outside the Product, except as delineated by your jurisdiction's resolutions and laws regarding Transformative Works.

• Due to the nature of the Product being a digital download, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Product, technical issues, or changes in personal circumstances.

• The Product is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The creator of the Product makes no warranty that the Product will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
